On
the afternoon of 31st October, 2013, the fourth human resources (HR)
club‘s meeting was held by Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) and had the
attraction of nearly 50 participants including director, HR manager, HR
staff from the enterprises operating in QTSC.
QTSC’s
HR club is held regularly with many real and interesting topics of HR
organization. "Understanding individuals for effective human resource
management" was the topic of the meeting, which was also the last HR
club’s one in 2013, and was presented by Mr. Tran Bang Viet, Deputy
General Director, L&A. In the meeting, he focused on the importance
of understanding employee psychology, introduced some methods and tools
which are frequently used to capture the personalities of employees, the
skills to find and develop staff’s ability as well as the importance of
the relationship between HR staff and employees through DISC model.
On this occasion, the meeting received a lot of positive feedbacks and ideas for next ones.
