Introduction SPA Forum 2011 - "Software Park: Trends 2020"

Dear Forum Delegates,

The Asia Oceania Regional Software Park Alliance (SPA) is an international collaboration between 22 members came from 13 economies in the Asia Oceania Region such as Malaysia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and so on. The aim of this Alliance is to promote the development of software parks and the ICT industry. Quang Trung Software City joined the SPA in 2010 and on January, 2011 QTSC has been officially elected as President of the Alliance 2011 term.

Facing the unmeasured changes of the global economy and serious impacts on environment in past time, all governments, operators have to make crucial decisions in developing the economy. The IT industry development, especially software park development, is a significant factor to promote the economic growth in the crisis period. With these change and challenges, The Asia Oceania Regional Software Park Alliance (SPA) host The Forum 2011: “Software Park: Trends 2020" on next July 14^th  in Quang Trung Software City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In this forum, we are looking forward to sharing with you the experiences and solutions to the growing trend software parks in the next 10 years. In order that, we can meet increasingly high demands of the development of the global economy and response to the harsh nature, while promoting cooperation and sustainable development for software park operators, software enterprises in the region.

Participants in the Forum will include senior government officials, representatives of international organizations, software park management experts from regional countries and is expected to attract over 300 guests such as the CEOs of multinational companies, CEOs of ICT companies in Vietnam, as well as the media.

Đoàn doanh nghiệp CNTT Đài Bắc thăm quan QTSC

Đoàn doanh nghiệp CNTT Đài Bắc gồm 15 doanh nghiệp do Hội Tin Học Đài Bắc (TACA) dẫn đầu đến Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để tổ chức hội thảo ADOC ICT Road Show 2011 và kết nối doanh nghiệp CNTT hai nước từ ngày 12 – 15/6/2011. Đến Việt Nam lần này đoàn cũng đã có buổi tiếp xúc, làm việc với Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung (ngày 13/6/2011) trước khi bắt đầu chương trình businessmatching với các thành viên của Hội tin học Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Tới thăm Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung đoàn mong muốn được gặp gỡ, giao lưu và tìm kiếm đối tác tiềm năng cũng như cơ hội hợp tác, đầu tư với các doanh nghiệp CNTT tại đây. Ngoài ra, đoàn cũng rất quan tâm đến vấn đề nguồn nhân lực, chính sách thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp, thuế thu nhập cá nhân mà chính phủ Việt Nam dành cho những doanh nghiệp nước ngoài đầu tư tại công viên phần mềm Quang Trung. Đặc biệt là chính phủ Việt Nam sẽ hỗ trợ những gì cho các doanh nghiệp sản xuất phần mềm phục vụ thị trường nội địa.

Trả lời những thắc mắc của đoàn, lãnh đạo QTSC cho biết, hiện nay chính phủ Việt Nam đã xác định CNTT là ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn của cả nước và CNTT là “hạ tầng để các ngành khác phát triển đột phá”. Việc kêu gọi các công ty, tập đoàn lớn của nước ngoài đầu tư tại Việt Nam thông qua chính sách giảm Thuế cho các công ty sản xuất phần mềm là một giải pháp đang được áp dụng hiệu quả. Bên cạnh đó Việt Nam cũng đang quyết tâm thực hiện đề án “1 triệu nhân lực CNTT” đến năm 2020 nhằm cung cấp nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao phục vụ cho sự phát triển của ngành CNTT trong cả nước.

Kết thúc buổi gặp gỡ, đoàn công tác cũng đã đi tham quan và trao đổi với hai công ty là Global Cyber Soft Việt Nam và công ty TMA. Đây là hai công ty chuyên gia công sản xuất phần mềm lớn của Việt Nam. Cuối cùng, thay mặt công viên phần mềm Quang Trung, lãnh đạo QTSC cám ơn thiện chí của đoàn và hi vọng ngày càng có nhiều đoàn công tác của Đài Bắc đến thăm quan và tìm hiểu cơ hội hợp tác như lần này.
