In the framework of the periodically CEO meeting, QTSC collaboration with IBM launches "Global Business" (Global Entrepreneur Program) for this meeting. This is an essential program to support small-medium software enterprise on manufacturing techniques, advice on market, international customer approach, investors as well as updates technology trends,  especially capital approach from the incentive fund over the world.

The First Human Resources Club Meeting in QTSC

Dear Ladies & Gentlemen

The human resources development has been considered as an important problem for all enterprise at present. Especially in IT field, the recruitment, protection and retaining the high-tech human resources is a frequent task for developing enterprise if not having a special attention, we will face many challenges and difficulties.

More than 22,000 people learn and work, QTSC always wish to create a community of IT manpower in Vietnam. Therefore, QTSC will hold the periodically activity program for the personnel management of IT - software companies in and outside Quang Trung Software City with the main purpose is to create opportunities to meet, exchange, discuss and share between each enterprise in particular as well as the community QTSC in general.

The first activity will be held at 14h00 on Friday, July 13^th 2012 at Hall 3, QTSC with the theme "Assessment of the ability & achievement - Lever of human resources development". This content will help the HR management understand more the principles of personnel management, improve and enhance employee assessment skills. Please see the enclosed program.

Trong khuôn khổ tổ chức hoạt động sinh hoạt định kỳ giữa các CEO trong CVPM Quang Trung, trong đợt sinh hoạt lần này, QTSC phối hợp với IBM giới thiệu chương trình “Doanh nghiệp toàn cầu” (Global Entrepreneur Program). Đây là chương trình rất thiết thực nhằm hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp phần mềm có qui mô vừa và nhỏ cần hỗ trợ kỹ thuật sản xuất, cần tư vấn về thị trường, cách tiếp cận khách hàng quốc tế và nhà đầu tư, cập nhật xu hướng công nghệ… đặc biệt là cách tiếp cận nguồn vốn từ các quỹ ưu đãi nhất trên thế giới.

Vấn đề phát triển nguồn nhân lực luôn là vấn đề quan trọng của các doanh nghiệp hiện nay. Đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực CNTT-Phần mềm thì tài sản quý giá nhất của một doanh nghiệp chính là nguồn nhân lực kỹ thuật cao, vì vậy để tuyển dụng, bảo vệ và giữ chân nhân tài luôn là một nhiệm vụ mà các doanh nghiệp nếu không có sự quan tâm đặc biệt sẽ không thể thành công.

Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung, với hơn 22.000 người học tập và làm việc, luôn mong muốn tạo ra một cộng đồng nhân lực CNTT hàng đầu Việt Nam. Vì vậy việc kết nối với các nhà quản lý nhân sự tại các đơn vị trong QTSC là một việc hết sức cần thiết. Chính vì vậy, QTSC sẽ được tổ chức Chương trình sinh hoạt định kỳ dành cho các  nhà quản lý nhân sự của các DN CNTT- phần mềm trong và ngoài Công viên phần mềm Quang Trung. Mục đích chính là tạo cơ hội gặp gỡ, trao đổi, thảo luận và chia sẻ với nhau, nhằm gắn kết giữa các lãnh đạo nhân sự, phát triển nguồn nhân lực ở mỗi công ty nói riêng cũng như cho cộng đồng Công viên phần mềm Quang Trung nói chung.

         

        Buổi sinh hoạt lần thứ nhất sẽ được diễn ra vào thứ Sáu, ngày 13/07/2012 tại Nhà 3, Công viên phần mềm Quang Trung với chủ đề “Đánh giá năng lực & thành tích - Đòn bẩy phát triển nguồn nhân lực”. Nội dung được thực hiện nhằm giúp người làm công tác nhân sự nắm được nguyên tắc quản lý, cải tiến và nâng cao kỹ năng đánh giá nhân viên. Nội dung Chương trình chi tiết đính kèm.

The city government solved IT enterprises’ barriers

On 27th May 2012, Mr. Le Manh Ha - Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee met the leaders of software and IT services enterprises and investors at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC).

Along with Mr. Le Thai Hy - Director of HCMC Department of Information and Communications (DIC), Mr. Chu Tien Dung, Chairman of HCMC Computer Association (HCA), Chairman of QTSC as well as representatives of DIC, Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Taxation, Department of Customs and more than 45 enterprises.

According to Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, Deputy CEO of QTSC: "At the present, QTSC has had two customer groups: software and IT services enterprises and investors who leased land to build infrastructure for IT industry. The main difficulties of the first group are export and import procedures, taxation and customs procedures, preferential policies for developing human resources and brand. Especially, Circular No. 06/2012/TT-BTC dated January 11, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on application of 10% VAT for digital enterprises. In addition, investors have difficulties in transfer of contributed capital of the implemented projects and bank loans."

At the meeting

Mr. Le Manh Ha, Mr. Le Thai Hy and representatives of departments had in turn to answer the concerns of enterprises as: TMA, GHP, Golden Alliance Education Group, Mai Anh Nam, GCS, Cad Network, BTM, Misa, HPT, Long Yen,... and had taken specific measures. However, there were a number of cases out of city’s ability so they need to be petitioned to the central agency, such as issues of VAT for digital services, customs procedures,...

"There will be more meetings with enterprises to solve the administrative procedures’ barriers of the state agency as well as propose new policies to help enterprises to develop smoothly and strongly," Mr. Le Manh Ha said at the end of the meeting.
