Quận ủy và UBND Quận 12 đến thăm và chúc tết tại QTSC

Sáng ngày 04/02/2016, đoàn Quận ủy và UBND Quận 12 đến thăm và chúc tết lãnh đạo QTSC nhân dịp Xuân Bính Thân 2016 sắp đến.

Dẫn đầu đoàn là ông Trần Văn Út, Trưởng ban Tổ chức Quận ủy Quận 12 và các thành viên đến từ các phòng ban trong quận. Ông Út cho biết, đây là năm đầu tiên Quận 12 nằm trong danh sách các quận đóng góp cho ngân sách của thành phố hơn 1.000 tỷ đồng, vượt chỉ tiêu của thành phố đề ra. Nhờ nguồn ngân sách của Quận được tăng thêm và sự đóng góp của các đơn vị đóng trên địa bàn mà trong năm 2016 Quận sẽ có thêm nhiều kinh phí hỗ trợ những cá nhân, gia đình chính sách, có công với cách mạng hay những gia đình khó khăn có một cái Tết ấm no, đầy đủ.

Tiếp đón đoàn là ông Lâm Nguyễn Hải Long – Giám đốc QTSC và các thành viên trong ban giám đốc cho biết: nhờ những quan tâm sâu sát của lãnh đạo UBND Quận 12 và phường Tân Chánh Hiệp tình hình an ninh trật tự trong và bên ngoài tường rào Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung đã được cải thiện một cách đáng kể.

Ông Long còn cho biết thêm, trong dịp Tết Bính Thân này, vẫn có 20 doanh nghiệp trong khu làm việc 24/24 giờ chiếm 1/6 trong tổng số 120 doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động tại QTSC.

Đến thăm và chúc Tết tại QTSC cả ông Trần Văn Út và ông Lâm Nguyễn Hải Long đều thống nhất sẽ phối hợp thật tốt giữa QTSC và Quận 12 trong công tác đảm bảo an ninh trật tự, an toàn xã hội và cùng chung tay trong các phong trào đoàn thể, các hoạt động như “Nghĩa tình An Phú Đông”, các hoạt động xã hội khác…

The year-end meeting of QTSC’s CEO Club

On 29th January 2016, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) held the year-end meeting for its CEO Club. The meeting attracted more than 30 leaders of enterprises operating in QTSC.

Opening the meeting, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC informed its results in 2015 as well as plans in 2016 and the next stages.

Currently, there were 120 enterprises operating in QTSC (69 local firms and 51 foreign ones). Among them are 10 ones in the list of 50 leading companies in Vietnam, 4 global companies, 6 ones with CMMI certificate, 4 ones over 1,000 people; the total number of people who are studying and working in QTSC is 18,260 people, according to Mr. Long.

A number of large enterprises in QTSC has had great business results in this year. Also, total sales of businesses was estimated at 4,949 billion (equivalent to US $ 220 million), up 30.3% over the same period. The export market has remained the important role and value of exports in 2015 was estimated at US $ 131 million, up 33.2% over the same period.

In 2015, QTSC had the visit of 67 delegations (5 Government ones, 57 foreign ones and 5 local ones). Furthermore, the Business center supported 150 free consultant activities focusing mainly in activities: Consulting/Supporting investment license/certificate of business registration/long-term residence registration, Visa/Passport, Apec card; Renewal of work permit for foreigners; Adjustment investment license/certificate of business registration; Translation and notarized services, so on.

As the plan in 2016, QTSC will deploy more software applications in the management and administration such as messaging application - QTSC SMS BrandName; Helpdesk system - interfaces to customers feedback on products and services of Telecom & Informatics Center; Voice application helps customers reflected in images about the satisfaction of products/services provided by QTSC; Spacial asset management system based on GIS (Geographic Information System) - an information system which is designed to manage all assets, database of QTSC based on a reference coordinate system (digital map), Mr. Long added.

At the end of the program, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - CEO of QTSC Incubator introduced the business incubator model as well as its preferential policies for start-up businesses in QTSC.

KISMEC, Malaysia visited QTSC

On 28th January 2016, Kedah Industrial Skills and Management Development Center (KISMEC), Malaysia visited Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) in order to learn about cooperation activities for information technology field.

KISMEC has aimed to know QTSC well such as its milestone and software production and outsourcing process of enterprises operating in QTSC. Also, they wanted to exchange specifically with QTSC’s leaders about collaboration in IT training programs in 2016.

Following that, QTSC introduced they to TMA Solutions Company – a leading IT company in Vietnam. As annual training plan, TMA receives about 300-400 trainees to retrain and supply for its own need. Therefore, KISMEC has welcomed to collaborate with TMA in 2016.

In addition, the delegation visited SaigonTech - the Official Affiliate of Houston Community College, US in Vietnam. After the meeting, SaigonTech has desired KISMEC to introduce companies operating in the industrial sector in general and IT sector in particular for SaigonTech’s students in order to have short-term practice opportunities in Malaysia.

VNITO Alliance - Connect to develop Vietnam IT outsourcing sector

VNITO Alliance operation model includes Board of Moderators (BOM), President, corporate members and individual members.

Follow the success of Vietnam IT Outsourcing Conference - VNITO 2015 (www.vnito.org), aiming to connect Vietnam software outsourcing enterprises, create an efficient platform for knowledge and experience sharing, a bridge between software outsourcing enterprises and the government, VNITO 2015 Organizing Committee and Software Outsourcing Club (SOC) have decided to merge and establish VNITO Alliance.

VNITO Alliance operation model includes Board of Moderators (BOM), President, corporate members and individual members. BOM includes 13 members, representing leading IT companies: QTSC, TMA Solutions, Global Cybersoft Việt Nam, Harvey Nash Vietnam, LogiGear, Larion Computing, IMT Solutions, ISB Việt Nam, Kyanon Digital, Hanel Software Solutions, Sunrise Software Solutions, Success Software Services and Ho Chi Minh Computer Association (HCA). President of VNITO term 2016 – 2017 is Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC. Members of VNITO Alliance will not have to pay any annual fee, just pay fee when attending VNITO events.

Members of BOM are divided in 4 acitivity group: Knownledge Sharing, PR-Brand Building, Connection - Government and Community Development. These groups will actively plan their activities and follow all the tasks that BOM approve every quarter. In the meeting of Quarter I, BOM has agreed the important task of VNITO Alliance in 2016 is organizing promotion tours to the USA, Japan, New Zealand, as well as organize several technical sharing workshops to build up Vietnam ITO community. On January 29, 2016, VNITO Club host a Thank you party to send their gratitude to the government, advisors and key person who have contributed significantly for the success of VNITO 2015, introducing VNITO Alliance and its activitities in 2016.

With the brand new operation model, the enthusiasm of BOM members and the support of the goverment, Vietnam IT outsourcing sector is expected to grow stronger and higher, Vietnam become the first choice brand for international partners when seeking ITO parners.

Gặp gỡ CEO cuối năm

Sáng 29/01/2015, QTSC đã tổ chức buổi gặp gỡ CEO cuối năm với sự góp mặt của đại diện lãnh đạo hơn 30 doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động tại Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung.

Tại buổi gặp gỡ, ông Lâm Nguyễn Hải Long – Giám đốc QTSC đã báo cáo những kết quả mà QTSC đã thực hiện trong năm 2015, những công việc sẽ làm trong năm 2016 và giai đoạn tiếp theo.

Ông Long cho biết hiện nay có 120 doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động tại QTSC (69 trong nước, 51 nước ngoài), Có 10 doanh nghiệp nằm trong danh sách 50 công ty hàng đầu Việt Nam, 04 doanh nghiệp hàng đầu thế giới; 06 doanh nghiệp có chứng chỉ CMMI; 04 doanh nghiệp trên 1.000 người. Tổng số người đang học tập và làm việc tại QTSC là 18.260 người.

Kết quả kinh doanh của một số doanh nghiệp sản xuất phần mềm lớn tại CVPM Quang Trung có bước phát triển khả quan. Tổng doanh số của các doanh nghiệp năm 2015 ước đạt 4.949 tỷ đồng (tương đương 220 triệu USD) tăng 30,3% so với cùng kỳ. Thị trường xuất khẩu vẫn giữ vai trò quan trọng, giá trị xuất khẩu năm 2015 ước đạt 131 triệu USD tăng 33,2% so với cùng kỳ.

Trong năm 2015 QTSC đã tiếp 67 đoàn khách (5 đoàn Chính phủ, 57 đoàn khách nước ngoài và 5 đoàn khách trong nước). Riêng năm 2015, Trung tâm hỗ trợ kinh doanh và chăm sóc khách hàng đã hỗ trợ hoàn toàn miễn phí 150 lượt tư vấn chủ yếu trong các hoạt động: Tư vấn/Hỗ trợ xin giấy phép đầu tư/Giấy CNĐK kinh doanh; Tư vấn/hỗ trợ đăng ký lưu trú dài hạn, Visa/Passport, thẻ Apec; Tư vấn/hỗ trợ xin/gia hạn giấy phéo lao động cho người nước ngoài; Tư vấn/hỗ trợ xin điều chỉnh Giấy phép đầu tư/Giấy CNĐK kinh doanh; Dịch vụ dịch thuật, công chứng...

Ông Long cũng cho biết thêm: trong năm 2016 QTSC sẽ triển khai thêm nhiều phần mềm, ứng dụng trong hoạt động quản lý và điều hành toàn khu như: ứng dụng gửi tin nhắn – QTSC SMS Brandname; hệ thống Helpdesk – cổng giao tiếp để khách hàng phản hồi về sản phẩm, dịch vụ của Trung tâm Viễn thông tin học;  Ứng dụng Voice giúp khách hàng phản ánh bằng hình ảnh, mức hài lòng về sản phẩm/dịch vụ do QTSC cung cấp; Hệ thống quản lý không gian trên nền GIS - một hệ thống thông tin, được thiết kế để quản lý toàn bộ tài sản, dữ liệu của QTSC dựa trên một hệ tọa độ quy chiếu (bản đồ số).

Tiếp nối chương trình, ông Vũ Anh Tuấn – Giám đốc Trung tâm ươm tạo doanh nghiệp Quang Trung đã giới thiệu về mô hình vườm ươm doanh nghiệp và những ưu đãi mà trung tâm dành cho các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp tại QTSC.
