VNITO Delegation visit Japan IT Week Spring in Tokyo

On May 17, 2016, Vietnam ITO Delegation, led by Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, President of VNITO Alliance, has come back to Vietnam after its eight-day trip to Japan.

During the trip, VNITO Alliance has been successfully performing its duty with the purpose to promote Vietnam ICT industry to Japan more widely, connect  Vietnamese and Japanese companies, attract more big corporations invest in Vietnam and partner with Vietnam outsourcing companies.

In Tokyo, from May 11- 13, the delegation has visited Japan IT Week Spring (organized by Reed Japan at Tokyo Big Sight). This is the largest IT Show of Japan where you can find any kinds of latest IT technologies/solutions, with 12 IT exhibitors (SODEC, ESEC, IoT/ M2M, Web - Mo, IST, DSE, CLOUD, Big Data, Smartphone, C- PEX, etc.). Every year, Japan IT Week attracts more than 89,285 visitors, 1,500 exhibitors (257 foreigners), 100 seminars inside the venue.

On May 11, 2016, VNITO Alliance organized a seminar on “Vietnam IT Overview” at PR Seminar Room, in the framework of Japan IT Week, with the participation of more than 50 attendees. In this seminar, Mr. Long briefly reviewed on Vietnam IT advantages and achievements in the recent year. After that, 14 members of delegation introduced themselves and discussing with Japanese companies.

In Tokyo, VNITO Delegation also visited 02 Japanese corporations: Fujitsu, Rakuten and Tokyo branch of FPT Vietnam.
