CEO meeting in March

On 30th March 2016, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) CEO Club held the meeting at BTM Global Company with the topic on “How to attract high quality human resources to work for enterprises operating in QTSC?”

Opening the program was the presentation of Mr. Huynh Quang Tien, CEO of BTM Global. Following that, BTM Global provides retail system integration and development services for clients ranging from small regional chains to the world’s most recognized brands. BTM Global has announced the successful implementation and roll-out of Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS) v14 and Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) v14 for Perry Ellis International (PEI) stores throughout the U.S. PEI is one of the largest branded lifestyle apparel companies in the world with a diverse portfolio of brands distributed through multiple channels.

Then, enterprises’ leader had a discussion on the meeting’s topic and proposed some ideas:

- To organize connection activities between schools and enterprises in order to train the human resources being able to meet job requirements as graduating.

- To organize practice courses for third-year and final-year students in order to select and attract new employees.

- To promote the company’s brand through PR and marketing activities in order to recruit high quality HR.

- To build the wage and welfare policies for each HR groups.

- To organize careers guidance meetings and visits to software companies in order to help the youth can orient their career.

As the plan, the next CEO meeting will be held in QTSC with the topic on “QTSC – smart city”.
