IBPC Osaka visited QTSC

On 21st January 2016, the representative of International Business Promotion Center – IBPC Osaka visited Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) with the purpose of promoting information technology field for Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises.

Welcoming the delegation was Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC and QTSC’s departments. In addition, there were representatives of VNITO Alliance’s Board of moderators (Vietnam Information Technology Outsourcing Alliance – www.vnito.org) such as TMA Solutions, IMT Solutions, LogiGear and Harvey Nash Vietnam.

At the meeting, Mr. Kenjiro Mori, General Manager of International Affairs Dept. of IBPC Osaka said the visit aimed to exchange with Ho Chi Minh City’s leaders about organizing seminars, business matching as well as promoting business cooperation between Vietnamese and Japanese companies in 2016. “Vietnam IT industry has developed rapidly, therefore Japanese companies are very intersted in collaboration with Vietnamese ones,” he said.

In September 2015, the business matching between companies of Vietnam and Japan was held in Osaka by VNITO, as the result many business contracts were signed successfully, according to Mr. Tran Phuc Hong, Vice President of TMA Solutions and PR – Brand & Promotion Vice President of VNITO Alliance. Thus, the alliance has desired to organize more IT promotion programs in Osaka and HCMC in 2016.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Mori had the introduction about Osaka’s preferential policies for Vietnamese investors.
