CEO Meeting in August

Following CEO club activities and creating an intimate atmosphere among the members, QTSC will honorly hold the meeting in August with topic “IP issues and key contract issues when negotiating with US, Japan parners” from 8:30 to 10:30, Thusday, 29^th August,2013 at Meeting room 2, Hall 3, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

This meeting has presented by Juris Doctorate Huy Do from LNT & Partners who has over 17 years of experience handling international transactions and disputes with a particular emphasis on intellectual property (IP) and international trade. Mr. Huy was recognized by his peers as a candidate for the California "Top 40 under 40" award. He was selected and recognized by the Asia Society as a Asia21 Young Leader in 2010. He is the Chairman and President of the largest technology oriented business network for Vietnamese interest professionals, SAVVi (www.savvi.bz). During this meeting, Mr. Huy will discuss with enterprises on trade issues, technology transfers, outsourcing, and particularly the main rules need to note in case of contract negotiations with software partners, clients in the United States and Japan.
