19 2016, VNITO Alliance (Vietnam IT Outsourcing Alliance) organized the
seminar on “Vietnam software outsourcing enterprise: How to go thrive
and develop strongly” which was moderated by Mr. Tran Bang Viet, Deputy
General Director of Le & Associates.
Mr.
Tran Bang Viet has analyzed the issues that outsourcing enterprises are
easily encountered. Mr. Viet believed that the main problem is lacking synchronization
of enterprise resource factors, customers, business objectives,
strategies, business plans, etc. The effective business model to solve
that problem is placing all their elements/desire/assumptions/... on one
sheet of paper and business leaders have to self- balance,
self-connect, self-progress their ideal business ideas and communicating
effectively for all parties.
The seminar was attended by over 50 guests, which are CxO, line managers of outsourcing enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City.
