Human Resources Club for IT enterprises

In July 2012, QTSC held a meeting for all of directors, Human Resources (HR) managers of IT enterprises in and outside QTSC with the theme "Assessment of the ability & achievement - A Key of human resources development" which presented by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Thuy, Director of Nhan Viet company.

This meeting attracted more than 40 people from 29 enterprises to discuss and share about some issues of human resource management, connection of HR managers, human resources development, and so on. “HR is one of the most important parts in a business. Some management and administrations policies, regulations concerning rewards and punishments take effect to employees’ psychology and productivity directly. To become good HR manager, managers and HR staffs have to learn, research and exchange experience,” Ms. Pham Thi Kim Thuy said.

At the end of the meeting, all of participants hope to have more knowledge and experience such as setting up HR policy, KPI, business culture, pay scale and benefits; rewards, promotion, higher pay; employee’s ability; working effect or interview…

To satisfy some interested topics, in September 2012, QTSC is going to hold the second meeting for HR managers.
