The second Humanitarian Blood Donation Day at QTSC

On August 1st 2012, QTSC collaboration with the Center for Hematology (Cho Ray hospital) held the second Humanitarian Blood Donation Day in 2012 for the staff and students who are studying and working in Quang Trung Software City.

In 2012, the movement of blood donation in QTSC attracted about 400 participants from nearly 30 companies and schools.  The reasons why the organizers had divided into 2 days because of the large number of participants. The first day took place on June 21^st with 300 participants and the second one took place on August 1^st with 100.

"Humanitarian blood donation" was already known and there were more and more people in QTSC to respond. It was magnanimous action. Therefore, June 21^st will be chosen the annual blood donation day of QTSC.

Human Resources Club for IT enterprises

In July 2012, QTSC held a meeting for all of directors, Human Resources (HR) managers of IT enterprises in and outside QTSC with the theme "Assessment of the ability & achievement - A Key of human resources development" which presented by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Thuy, Director of Nhan Viet company.

This meeting attracted more than 40 people from 29 enterprises to discuss and share about some issues of human resource management, connection of HR managers, human resources development, and so on. “HR is one of the most important parts in a business. Some management and administrations policies, regulations concerning rewards and punishments take effect to employees’ psychology and productivity directly. To become good HR manager, managers and HR staffs have to learn, research and exchange experience,” Ms. Pham Thi Kim Thuy said.

At the end of the meeting, all of participants hope to have more knowledge and experience such as setting up HR policy, KPI, business culture, pay scale and benefits; rewards, promotion, higher pay; employee’s ability; working effect or interview…

To satisfy some interested topics, in September 2012, QTSC is going to hold the second meeting for HR managers.

Năm 2011, Công viên Phần mềm Quang Trung (QTSC) đã vinh dự được chọn là địa điểm để tổ chức những sự kiện lớn của ngành CNTT trong và ngoài nước như:

-          Lễ trao giải CNTT-TT thường niên do Sở Thông tin và Truyền thông thành phố Hồ Chí Minh chủ trì.

-          Ngày hội nhân lực iDay và triển lãm gian hàng giới thiệu sản phẩm CNTT.

-        Chương trình và triển lãm sản phẩm và dịch vụ CNTT thương hiệu Việt do Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông chủ trì. Chương trình này đã được bình chọn là sự kiện của năm 2011

-          Diễn đàn “Công viên phần mềm: Xu hướng 2020” và “Nhân lực CNTT trong thế giới phẳng” tổ chức với liên minh các khu Công viên phần mềm Châu Á, châu Đại Dương.

-          Chương trình kỷ niệm 10 năm thành lập CVPM Quang Trung.

-          Buổi business matching gồm 73 DN trong đó có DN CNTT Việt Nam và các DN CNTT đến từ 8 quốc gia trong khu vực và Châu Á

-          Các khóa đào tạo dài hạn, hội thảo giới thiệu công nghệ, sản phẩm mới. Khách hàng thường xuyên là NEC Solution Việt Nam, ISB Việt Nam, GCS, TMA, TUV, IBM, Đại Học Hoa Sen, Đại học FPT, FPT Software, Vinasa, Metan, v.v...

-          Hội thao, hội diễn văn nghệ của CVPM Quang Trung.
