New Chairman of HCA: On 3rd March 2018, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC, Standing Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) has been assigned to hold the position of Chairman of HCA term VI since March 2018 by the Executive Committee of HCA term VI.
