CTO meeting in January 2017

On the second week of January 2017, the CTO Club of Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) had the first meeting in this year at SPS Vietnam Company operating in QTSC.

Opening the program, Mr. Bui Nghia Thuat, CTO of SPS Vietnam shared on “Driving the Digital Transformation” and its developing orientation as well as technical digital trends such as: social, mobility, big data analytics and cloud. Digital Transformation is step by step becoming a core of business strategy for almost fields, especially information technology industry.

Also, Ms. Le Diep Cam Binh, Q&A Manager of GCS Vietnam Company introduced about DevOps (Development Frameworks and Tools). From that point, DevOps is not just a tool, but a method with the aim to optimize software development life cycle and impulse cooperation between engineers and operation managers. In addition, DevOps is an interaction of software programming and system management in order to operate software and promote project life cycle as well as increase the profit.

At the end of the meeting, club’s members exchanged the information with two speakers and agreed to activity programs in the first quarter of 2017.
