Quang
Trung Software City (QTSC) and the French software company Linagora and
Hanel DTT signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the cooperation
in developing e-government and open source software for Ho Chi Minh
City on September 6, 2016.
Under
the MoU, the three companies will support the city in carrying out a
survey in order to promote public services as the model of citizen –
business – e-civil service.
An
Open E-government Platform (OEP) is an integrated software platform for
building e-government applications. It supplies data architecture in
line with regulations of the Vietnamese Government for all fields with
applications such as online public services, online information
operation and management systems, citizen management, health,
construction, transportation, socio-culture management.
