The Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology visited QTSC

On the morning of October 23rd, 2014, Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) had the pleasure to welcome the visit of the Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology.

Leading the delegation was Mr. Nguyen Van An – Director of the Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology and the representatives of Hai Phong departments such as the office of Haiphong’s Party Committee, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Trade, Department of Agriculture, Board of managers of Hai Phong’s economic zones, etc. Welcoming the delegation was Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien – Chairman and CEO of QTSC, Mr. Le Van Hieu – Director of the software business incubator center (SBI).

To open the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong – Sales manager of QTSC had the introduction about QTSC’s milestone. The work was continued by Mr. Hien’s presentation on QTSC model and QTSC chain. “QTSC chain in the other areas is not completely the same as QTSC but they should be built based on their own strong points in order to develop with the best result and expense,” Hien said.

Then, Mr. An said QTSC has established and developed in a short time, 13 years only, but has achieved great successes. Hai Phong would like to learn QTSC model and wishes QTSC’s leaders to support Hai Phong in consulting to build the software technology center as well as apply e-Government in administrative management in Hai Phong.

At the end of the work, the delegation visited SBI, DIGI-TEXX Company and Luxoft Vietnam Company.
