In recent years, Vietnam has been increasingly considered as a potential market and attractive destination for investment and cooperation of many Japanese businesses. Besides offering huge incentive policies for attracting overseas investments from Vietnamese Government, business environment in Vietnam is also selected by many Japanese businesses as appropriate destination for investment particular in the field of Information Technology industry.

With the desire of creatingopportunities for those Vietnam enterprises to meet, information exchange, commerce and cooperatewith Japanese enterprises in the occasion of "40^th Anniversary of diplomatic relations Vietnam - Japan (1973-2013)", the Anniversary Ceremony that will be taken place from 21^st to 25^th of October, 2013 in Osaka and Yokohama city in Japan, are hosted by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to that, Department of Information and Communication collaborates to Quang Trung Software City (QTSC), Saigon High-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City (SHTP), and Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Industry Association (HSIA) for organizing Roundtable Discussion participated by Information technology Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises at 18:00 pm on October 21^st, 2013 in Osaka city and on October 25^th, 2013 in Yokohama city.
